A system designed for the rapid cooling of pasta, vegetables and similar products, with cooling temperatures reaching approximately 2 ± 1 °C. Cooling time and capacity vary depending on the model and the type of product.
The AISI 304 stainless steel structure with adjustable feet ensures robustness, hygiene and reliability. The insulated tank maintains stable process conditions, while product transport is carried out by a stainless steel screw conveyor with dedicated openings to facilitate cleaning and inspection.
The system is completed with temperature and water level control, an insulated liftable lid, and an integrated water system, ensuring efficient integration into production lines.
