Pre-dryer

The pre-dryer is designed to reduce the moisture of fresh pasta exiting the pasteurizer, lowering water activity and improving product preservation and shelf life.

The hygrometric conditions of the chamber are automatically managed via PLC, through a combined system of air extraction and steam injection, ensuring precise process control.

The machine can be customized in size, and the multi-belt configuration allows extended treatment times with a compact footprint. Upon request, integrated solutions are available combining pasteurization, pre-drying and cooling in a single compact unit.
