Rotary cooker

The rotary cooker is designed for the cooking of long, short and filled pasta, as well as vegetables and other food products, in a water tank. Thanks to its high production capacity, it represents the ideal solution for industrial lines, even in limited spaces.

The product is fully immersed in water at a temperature close to boiling point, and thanks to a precise temperature control system, a uniform and controlled pre-cooking process is achieved. The available solutions allow production capacities from 300 to 2000 kg/h, adapting to different production requirements.
