Lines for cappelletti, tortellini and ravioli

Thanks to the quick change-over of the die in just 5’ and to the tools free philosophy, the production is increased from the first production shift: the downtime for cleaning is reduced to a minimum and the format change is the fastest system available in the market.
Moreover, in the thermal treatment area, the new range of pasteurizers with a steam double circuit allow to reduce the energy consumption.
